Get That Girl A Camera

My youngest granddaughter took photos of her sister and cousin and I think she did a fantastic job!  She's not quite 8 years old.  I wasn't involved in this photo adventure, my oldest granddaughter sent them to me and nothing has been done to them, except to share them with you.

I think Santa needs to get this girl a camera!

Good And Gross In One Post

I would like to wish my Daughter and Son in law a very Happy 10th Anniversary!

That's the good part!

Now the gross part.

Remember the gecko photos I've posted recently?  Several wondered how I could touch them and my response was, if I don't rescue them, they will be eaten by a dust bunny... or get stepped on.

I was talking to hubby on the phone the other evening and stooped down to pick up what I thought was a piece of grass, tracked in from outside.

IT WASN'T GRASS.

No, I didn't make the photo big, because it's not like I'm proud of it.  Just showing you how easy it is to step on them.  They are tiny.

Now do you see why I choose to pick them up and put them outside?  The alternative is unthinkable!

Please, don't try to make me feel worse, okay?  I already feel really bad about it and I'm so sorry it happened and I did warn you.

I was visiting my son last night when I asked if I could borrow a newspaper.

 

"This is the 21st century", he said. "I don't  waste money on newspapers. Here, you can borrow my iPad."

 

 

I can tell you this, that darn fly never knew what hit him.
