Isn't it amazing how they blend in. I can only imagine, with nature, how much we miss...Gods way of helping to protect these beautiful creatures I guess. Thankfully, a slight move allows us to catch their presence, such amazing sights to behold! We've been enjoying our owl, he's still staying close. Gorgeous pics Ms. A, as always!!! Blessings, Cindy

what great shots, I do not think I'd of noticed him at all, he blends in so well.
I didn't notice him at all until the last photo, amazing work!
I have to agree with YeamieWaffles, truly AMAZING!

You did a great job of spotting and then capturing this guy. Very well done!
oh, he sure is! love their sharp eyes!
You have very sharp eyes! Really good pictures!
Gorgeous! When the birds disappear around here, we know to look for our well-hidden hawk.
Wow how did you catch that scary beauty? I almost missed him until I looked at the second picture.

Hoping he didn't come out of that tree and attack you ;o)
Reminds me of the elephant joke..
Q.Why do elephants wear red tennis shoes?
A. To hide in cherry trees, of course.
Did you ever see an elephant in a cherry tree?
They hide pretty well, don't they?
:-D
Mr Hawk thinks he is 'hidden'---but you saw him!!!! He's a beauty --but I want him to stay far away from my feeders and my little birdies!!!
What's the latest on the caterpillars? I'll have to go back and check your blog posts this past week.
Hugs,
Betsy
I can't believe you got that shot!!! Beautiful.
Oh yes I spot him there, and he is actually posing.
This is why I love owls! They are so cute, majestic, and wondrous all at the same time. Beautiful photo!
YOU have become a great photographer!!
Your local friendly predator. Methinks maybe Coopers Hawk but not sure how big he is....:)
simply beautiful!!
great job on capturing him!
big hugs~
How did I miss this post?!
You have a good eye! Nice shots!
That was fun zooming in with you! Good eye to spot that little character to begin with. :)
Great capture, Ms. A. I love hawks and this one is especially handsome!
Gorgeous! You have sharp eyes to see him hidden in the leaves. Great capture!
Neat pictures and a nice progression. I see owls so rarely.
I don't know how you spotted this beauty, but I'm sure glad you did. Really nice find and great photos!
