Last night I had a beautiful tribute to 9/11 planned for today, sent to me by my cousin Polly. I was relieved to have something touching, that didn't have to be created in my own head. However, after a long day spent celebrating my Granddaughter's birthday earlier in the week, I came home to find a disturbing email from a friend. I wept for her and the struggle she is facing. So, while I remember the tragedy of 9/11, ten years ago, I want my friend to know my thoughts and prayers are with her and the battle she is facing today and for many days to come.
Linda, I'm here for you, I'm thinking of you, I'm praying for you and my heart is breaking for you.

I almost didn't do my remembrance of this day because there are so many out there.
I don't know what is going on with your friend, but I'm saying a prayer for her too!

I hate when friends are hurting. When friends hurt, you hurt. Hope Linda finds peace and that everything is better for her soon. Ms. A you're such a good friend for someone to have in their corner, just from your blogs and your comments I know you are very special. Virtual hugs to you both.
Having lived with chronic illness for over 30 years, I have grown accustomed to it.
What I have not, nor will I ever grow accustomed to is witnessing dear ones suffer.
Especially dear ones who are
angels so loved and needed by
so many, especially the little
friends who so need them to live. Our prayers have been undending since receiving news and our tears each glisten with hope for LIFE.
I am so glad she has you there as a friend, and I hope she survives and comes through whatever storm she's battling.
