oh my goodness! you get monk parakeets coming to your feeders! that is TOO COOL! i know they have colonies of these nesting in dallas (usually in the wrong places) but they are so cool!

Is this a Parrot??? Looks like one. Wonder if he's someone's pet who escaped.... But--I do know that there are some wild Parrots out there... Love that one. The green is marvelous.

Pretty, pretty birds! I long to hear the birds sing at my feeders, right now that seems really far off though! It's minus 4 Celsius here this morning, but seeing your photos gives me hope for spring and warmer temperatures---Cheers

We have some flocks of "feral" parrots (for lack of a better word around here. They are always at war with the seagulls and crows (who also hate each other.
